Shipping:

Shipping is available through USPS. Shipping is available to the US and International. Shipping prices are calculated during checkout. LJ the LABEL is not responsible for international fees or customs fees. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and filled. Weekends are not included in business days. Additional delays due to weather, courier service and holidays are out of our control.

Please ensure the correct address is provided. In the event that an item is shipped to a wrong or incorrect address or returned to sender, customer will be responsible for charges. 

LJ the Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Each item is made to order, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. All product measurements are provided in the description. Please measure your neck/wrist accordingly to ensure the item will fit before making a purchase.
